Antonio at Rivieria refunded our tours in full and said he was not sure he would receive the money back from this company. We left everything in the hands of Rivieria Suites who spend much time calling the company who didn’t answer and never called back.

We had another tour booked for 2 days also with them so we cancelled that and requested full refund for both tours. We returned to our hotel at our expensive, they could not believe what we had been through. How the hell is any of this our fault, they turned up late, they used all the time we should have had, they made us feel absolutely awe full this is absolutely disgusting service. We called the office which went to answering machine, left a message but they didn’t call back. We waved them to stop in the mirror but they just kept going. I went upstairs but toilets were closed, called my husband now extremely upset that we would miss the bus, he came and went downstairs following directions on signs, returned to the bus to see them drive off. She told me to go upstairs and be back in 5 minutes. It’s now 1 and a 1/2 hours since we stood waiting for the bus, I told the lady I needed to go to restroom, she was not happy. Bus was jam packed with no social distancing or mask requirements, rubbish on the floor including tissues.ġ hour later after pick ups at multiple location we arrive at the location to be told to get on another bus. Bus was very old included broken seats with no back on 1 of them. Bus didn’t arrive, we called them at 9.30 to be told, traffic bad we be there in 5minutes, 10 minutes later they arrived down the street so we walked to them. Arrived at location for pick up at 9.10 as per departure time.

We got back to our hotel about 2 hours later than scheduled. The Miami beach coach, driven by Mr Angry, had broken down with no aircon. We set off in convoy and after about 20 minutes we came to a halt. They had no idea what was happening but eventually 2 replacement coaches arrived around 15:30 one to take the Miami Beach passengers and one for Miami Downtown. Luckily we had the telephone number of the tour operator we'd used and called them. At 13:40 he was seen leaving the Holiday Park, with no information provided to the 50+ passengers! He told us he would pick us up at the end of our tour at 14:00 and leave for Miami at 14:10. telling people they could not sit where they wanted.
